Antoine Pezé

User listening specialist, designer and developer. I design and build websites and applications starting from what matters most: understanding user needs.

UX consultant since 2013, I teach Design Thinking, user research and active listening at Gobelins and EEMI (two leading Paris design schools). I co-founded Synopsis, an AI platform for user feedback analysis.

My journey

It all started in 2015 with a fascination for the emotions hiding behind words. This curiosity pushed me toward active listening, user interviews, and a deep understanding of human needs.

Starting as a UX designer, then UX researcher, I moved into product management, product strategy and development. Today, I support my clients from listening to user needs all the way to production.

Teaching

I've been teaching at EEMI since 2018 and at Gobelins since 2020. I also speak at Sorbonne Nouvelle, HETIC, and at companies like Ubisoft, Accor, Leroy Merlin, and Meetic.
